I recently used Take Note for transcribing a series of focus groups and would highly recommend them. The transcriptions were to a good quality and were turned around very quickly. The Take Note portal was very easy to navigate and it was clear when my transcriptions were ready. Once my client approved the costs the set up on the online portal was done in minutes where I then uploaded everything ready to be transcribed. Although I only paid for turnaround in 7 days I started receving completed transcriptions back the next day.
